Product Policy
The product shown in images is a reference product; the manufactured product can look different due to lighting, manual polish, wood texture, etc. Materials in some Sheesham wood products may vary by design and functionality. While the primary composition is Sheesham wood, specific components (e.g., back panels or drawers) may use secondary materials such as MDF or metal, varying by product.
For cane furniture, warranty covers the frame only, not the cane. Our products are available in a fixed set of finishes; please discuss the finish you need with our support team to receive the best quality. Slight grains are natural in Sheesham wood, and minor finish variation between actual products and 3D visuals can occur.
Bed frames are designed with MDF for mattress support. Issues like fungus in monsoon are environmental; keep beds well-ventilated and dry. Because each customized piece is handcrafted, a minor size variation of around 1 inch is natural.
Installation is provided by our authorized team. Warranty may be void if installed by third-party services not authorized by us.
You can access your account details, order history, invoices, and saved addresses anytime from your dashboard. Update your profile and communication preferences as needed.
Use our services responsibly and for lawful purposes. Content, pricing, and availability may change; we reserve the right to correct errors and decline orders impacted by inaccuracies.
Product prices, taxes, shipping, and installation (if applicable) are shown at checkout. Additional handling may apply for oversized or fragile items; any changes will be communicated before processing.
You must be legally capable of entering contracts in India. Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts for misuse or policy violations.
