Delivery & Shipping Policy

We deliver across India using reliable logistics partners. Delivery timelines depend on product availability and destination. Standard delivery typically takes 7-14 business days for metro cities and 10-21 business days for other locations. Custom-made furniture may take 4-6 weeks. You'll receive SMS and email updates with tracking information once your order ships. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on location, weather conditions, and logistics partner schedules.

Standard shipping charges are shown at checkout and vary based on product size, weight, and delivery location. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (check current promotions). Large or fragile items may have additional handling fees. Track shipments from your account dashboard using your order ID and email. You'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. Contact support for any delivery assistance or tracking updates.

White-glove delivery and installation are available in select cities including major metros. Our authorized installation team will assemble and install your furniture at no extra cost (where applicable). Installation is scheduled after delivery confirmation. You'll receive a call from our installation team to schedule a convenient time. Installation typically takes 1-3 hours depending on the product. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the scheduled time.

Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we'll prepare it for shipment. You'll receive order confirmation and shipping updates via email and SMS. Our logistics partner will contact you 24-48 hours before delivery to confirm the delivery date and time. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. For large items, please ensure there's adequate space and access at the delivery location. You may be asked to provide identification for verification.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address including landmark, floor number, and contact details. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery. You can update your delivery address before the order is shipped by contacting customer support. For apartments or buildings, please provide gate codes, building name, and flat number. Ensure the delivery location has proper access for large furniture items. Additional charges may apply for remote locations or areas with difficult access.

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We'll keep you informed of any delays via SMS and email. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact customer support. For damaged items received, report within 24 hours with photos. We'll arrange for replacement or refund. If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to unavailability, we'll reschedule. Multiple failed delivery attempts may result in return to warehouse and additional charges.

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders up to a certain value. COD orders may have additional charges. Please have exact change ready or inform the delivery person in advance if you need change. COD is subject to availability in your area. For high-value orders, we may require partial advance payment. COD orders may take slightly longer to process. Once the order is confirmed, you cannot change the payment method to COD.

If you've ordered multiple items, they may be delivered together or in separate shipments depending on availability and warehouse location. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Partial deliveries are possible if some items are ready while others are being prepared. Shipping charges are calculated per order, not per item. If items are shipped separately, you'll be notified of each shipment. All items from the same order will be delivered to the same address.

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on expanding our delivery network and will update our policy when international shipping becomes available. For bulk orders or special requests, please contact our customer support team to discuss options. We may consider special arrangements for corporate or institutional orders on a case-by-case basis.
