Return & Refunds

Most items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. Custom-made products, personalized items, and items marked as "non-returnable" may not be eligible for return. Check product details for specific return conditions before purchase. Items must be in their original condition without any damage, wear, or alterations.

Go to Orders in your account, select the item you wish to return, and click "Request Return." Provide a reason for the return and upload photos if the item is damaged or defective. Our team will review your request and schedule a pickup where available. You can also contact our customer support team via phone or email to initiate a return. Make sure to have your order number ready.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after quality inspection of the returned item. Processing typically takes 5-7 business days post pickup. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or digital wallet. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed. The refund amount will exclude any shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We offer free return pickup in select cities. Our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time. For areas where pickup is not available, you may need to ship the item back to us at your expense. Please ensure the item is properly packaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method if you are shipping the item yourself.

Exchanges are available for items of different size, color, or style, subject to availability. To request an exchange, initiate a return and select "Exchange" as the reason. You can choose the replacement item during the return process. If the replacement item costs more, you'll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded. Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility criteria as returns.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Take photos of the defect or damage and include them in your return request. We will arrange for a free pickup and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. For items damaged during shipping, we will also cover return shipping charges. Our quality team will inspect the item and process your request accordingly.

Custom-made or personalized furniture, items that have been used or damaged by the customer, items without original packaging or tags, and items marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase cannot be returned. Additionally, items returned after the 7-day return window or items that show signs of wear, assembly, or use are not eligible for return. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing custom or personalized items.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled, but you can return them after delivery following our return policy. For custom-made items, cancellation may not be possible once production has started. Contact our customer support team immediately if you need to cancel an order. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

If you ordered multiple items and wish to return only some of them, you can initiate a partial return. Select the specific items you want to return from your order. The refund will be calculated based on the returned items only. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be prorated. Partial returns are subject to the same eligibility criteria and timelines as full returns.
