We collect information you provide directly — your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and order and customization details. When you pay, our payment partners collect transaction details. We also collect limited technical data (browser, device, and usage data) through cookies to improve your experience.

We use your information to process and craft your made-to-order furniture, arrange pan-India and international delivery, share production updates, respond to enquiries, process payments, and — only with your consent — send you offers and new collection updates.

Brown Rabbit Furniture does not store your full card or bank details on our servers. Online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways over encrypted (SSL/HTTPS) connections. Direct bank transfers and UPI payments are made to our verified business account. We will never ask for your full card number, CVV, OTP, or UPI PIN by email, call, or WhatsApp.

We share data only as needed to fulfil your order — with logistics and delivery partners, payment gateways, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain order and tax records for as long as required under Indian law (including GST and accounting requirements) and delete or anonymise personal data when it is no longer needed.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time, by emailing business@brown-rabbit.com.
